Shanghai Pusasi Precise Tube Co., Ltd. produces and sells all kinds of stainless steel welded pipes in different materials and specifications. Our company has about 3,000-square-meter manufacturing shop and 100 employees, including 20 technical personnel and 10 senior technicians. The annual production capacity reaches 3,000 tons with turnover of USD12.6 million.
Our company bought some advanced pipe production lines from Taiwan and the USA in 21st century (including de-firing process and default inspection process at line), hydraulic pressure experiment off line and air density equipment. Also, with tens years of pipe production experience and rich technical resources, we have the ability to produce pipes at customers' requirement according to the domestic and international standards of GB, as well as ASTM, DIN, JIS, BC and ISO. 70% of the products are sold to over 10 countries in the USA, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia, including America, Japan, Germany, Canada, Australia, Russia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea, and Taiwan.
Our company pursues continuous improvement in quality and service, technology and innovation, and established a complete quality control and production system according to ISO9001:2000 standards, and has realized efficient quality control over the whole process of production line. Now, we are applying for the certification of TS/16949.
